Electronic Registration Agreement
Please click here to display the Electronic
Registration Agreement (PDF File) -- Contrat

screen, it can be printed on your own printer. Please complete the agreement
and mail it to your Breed Association office. When it is approved, you will
receive confirmation. At that point, you may use Electronic Registration without
the need of written applications. The agreement is in effect for an indefinite
period of time and does not need to be completed again. This is the same agreement
used for Telephone Registration and when approved, you will be allowed to use
both services, if available for your breed.
