Electronic Registration Version 3.11 Released
(April 10, 2015) This release includes several minor program improvements and bug fixes. The most important bug fix related to skipped or duplicated tracking numbers. This affected several members who were submitting multiple applications in the same Appx session. You should now experience more reliable submission of multiple applications.
Please keep us informed of any other apparent malfunctions of the program.
Regarding Appx sessions that unexpectedly end, this occurs because of brief Internet interruptions. This can be caused by your Internet service itself or a loss of signal from your local WiFi or by faulty cables or Internet modems. You may log into Appx again but you will need to re-enter your current application. You do not need to re-enter applications if you have already received a Tracking Number.
If you make an error in an electronic registration and have already received a tracking number, please send us an e-mail and advise us of the names of the animals affected and the requested corrections. A future release will allow you to make your own corrections.

New Version of Electronic Registration Released (Version 3.1) using Appx Java Client
(July 23, 2014)
•Secure Encrypted data entry.
•Passwords can be requested by a click on the screen. You will receive them by E-mail.
•Credit Card information can now be securely entered. There is full SSL encryption.
•You may now enter the sire and dam by registration number, tattoo, National ear tag number, microchip number or name.
•You may request a printed receipt for your application when the tracking number appears on your screen.
•Canadian Galloway is now supported in addition to all previous breeds supported.
•Some bugs have been fixed and there is improved validation to help you not make data entry errors.
•You must be running Appx Version 5.0.0 or greater. The version number is shown when you double click on the Appx icon. If you are using an earlier version, please install the latest version of the Appx Desktop Client from http://www.appx.com/desktop-products.
•You must have a CLRC account. If you don’t, please call us.

Important – Support for the old HTML electronic registration forms will cease on December 31, 2014. At that point, the old electronic forms will be removed from our website.
