.. or either parent is registered ... as we need the parents certificate..
.. or the animal has no permanent identification (tattoo, ear tag, micro chip) submit a colour photograph (maximum 4" x 6" landscape format) showing the entire animal and any distinctive markings. (Photo fee applies)
A cheque or credit card authorization must accompany this application.

.. ou si l’animal n’a pas d’identification permanente (tatouage, étiquette d’oreille, implant électronique), soumettez une photo couleur (maximum 4”X6” format paysage) qui montre l’animal en entier et toutes marques distinctives. (Frais de certificat avec photo s’applique).
Une chèque ou une autorisation de carte de crédit doit accompagner cette demande.
